Your responsibilities and tasks
Deine Aufgaben:
- Erste Anlaufstelle bei allgemeinen Fragen zu HR-Prozessen für Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte sowie Bearbeitung aller Anfragen über das Ticket-Tool „Service Now“
- Pflege der Personaldaten und Prozessvorgänge - via Ticketing - im HR-System „Workday“ mit Sicherstellung einer hohen Datenqualität
- Administrative Unterstützung der People Partner bei sämtlichen HR-Prozessen im Employee Life Cycle
- Gewährleistung einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit durch kompetente Auskunftserteilung sowie die zeitnahe und lösungsorientierte Bearbeitung von Anfragen
- Unterstützung bei HR-Projekten im CEE Cluster
Your profile and qualifications
Das bringst du mit:
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder Umschulung mit Schwerpunkt Personal
- 4-5 Jahre Erfahrung im Personalwesen in Bereichen wie HR-Administration, Personalsachbearbeitung
- Sicher im Umgang mit MS Office und eine hohe Affinität für moderne IT-Systeme
- Selbständige, zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit Liebe zum Detail
- Teamplayer und motiviert, mit Änderungen und neuen Entwicklungen umzugehen
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Von Vorteil:
- Erfahrung mit HRIS-Software, vorzugsweise Workday und ServiceNow
- Vorkenntnisse in einem HR Shared Service Center im Bereich People Services/HR Operations
