Für unseren Standort Bönen suchen wir befristet auf drei Jahre im Rahmen einer Elternzeitvertretung einen Produktmanager Melktechnik (m/w/d). GEA Farm Technologies ist einer der weltweit führenden Anbieter von innovativen Lösungen für die moderne Milchviehhaltung. Von automatisierten Melksystemen über intelligente Fütterungstechnik bis hin zu digitalen Tools für das Herdenmanagement – GEA unterstützt Landwirte weltweit dabei, Produktivität zu steigern, Tierwohl zu verbessern und nachhaltige Landwirtschaft zu fördern.

Your responsibilities and tasks

Verantwortung für Produkte im Bereich Melktechnik der Product Line Conventional Milking Systems der GEA Farm Technologies
Initialisierung der Entwicklung von Produkten und Funktionalitäten inkl. Business case Verantwortung
Produkt Management des Portfolios (Lifecycle Management und Analyse)
Marktanalyse, Evaluierung von Bedarfen und potentiellen neuen Märkten
Entwicklung der Produkt- und Portfolio Strategie
Unterstützung von T&I bei der Entwicklung und Mitarbeit in den Entwicklungsprojekten
Schnittstellenfunktion im Unternehmen, von der Produktidee über die Einführung bis zur Abkündigung (Sales, Marketing, Produktion, Service, Länderorganisationen)

Your profile and qualifications

Abgeschlossenes Studium der Agrarwissenschaften mit Schwerpunkt Tierhaltung oder Agrarökonomie oder Betriebs- oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit den Schwerpunkten Produktmanagement oder Marketing
Mehrjährige Erfahrung von Vorteil im Produkt- / Projektmanagement, Vertrieb oder Marketing
Branchenspezifische Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen (insb., Marktumfeld, Trends, Kundenbedürfnisse, Melksysteme und Tierverhalten)
Ausgezeichnete Team-, Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeit
Durchsetzungsfähigkeit und Zielstrebigkeit
Zuverlässigkeit und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office, insbesondere Excel und Power Point
Fließende Deutsch- (C1/C2) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2)
Führerschein Klasse B
