Your responsibilities and tasks
Planung, Überwachung und Kontrolle von Projektzielen, -budgets und -ressourcen für Großprojekte, z.B. Lieferung und Installation von Melkanlagen bei unseren Kunden weltweit
Schnittstelle zwischen verschiedenen internen Fachabteilungen und externen Stakeholdern
Identifikation und Management von Risiken sowie Entwicklung von Lösungsstrategien
Erstellung von Statusberichten und Präsentationen für das Management
Fokus auf kaufmännische Aspekte eines Großprojektes wie Akkreditive, Garantien, Betriebsstätten-Bildungen im Ausland, Zahlungsbedingungen und Cash-Flow
Gestaltung und Monitoring internationaler Liefer- und Leistungsverträge in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Anwalt
Your profile and qualifications
Abgeschlossenes Studium z.B. im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Projektmanagement oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit erforderlicher Qualifikation
Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Management von Großprojekten, idealerweise im internationalen Kontext
Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
Erfahrung im Umgang mit Projektmanagement-Tools (z.B. MS Project, Jira, SAP)
Analytisches Denken, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Teamgeist
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse,
weitere Sprachen von Vorteil (gerne Französisch und Arabisch)Bereitschaft zu internationalen Dienstreisen (10%)
