
Build and maintain effective customer relationships across our nationwide customer base.
Develop and nurture strong business relationships with executive decision-makers.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
Engage with clients to understand and technically evaluate their requirements.
Prepare technically and commercially robust proposals, monitoring their progress through to completion.
Deliver technical presentations to customers and stakeholders.
Maintain accurate entry, administration and reporting of all leads and opportunities within our CRM system.
Travel throughout the South of the UK as required to fulfil the responsibilities of the role.
Effectively manage your own diary, scheduling and attending customer appointments.
Work closely with the Compression Technologies team to identify opportunities and support business growth.
Collaborate with our European Technology Centres in Germany and the Netherlands.
Travel to our European Technology Centres in Germany and the Netherlands when required.
A minimum of five years' field sales experience selling technical or engineered products.
Essential experience within the refrigeration or HVAC industry.
Experience selling chillers and heat pumps would be advantageous.
Excellent sales, negotiation and influencing skills.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain customer-focused partnerships.

A full UK driving licence.
