
Most of the time the driver would be required to drive the company vehicles. We maintain our vehicles and equipment to the highest of standards that should induce pride in the persons using our equipment.
Drivers are required to unload merchandise whether bulk or drummed. All equipment necessary to perform the job safely and efficiently is provided.
Must keep accurate E.L.D. DOT log, maintain all paperwork current for inspection and conform to all DOT Regulations.
Have all paperwork signed and processed as required.
Required to load and unload trucks and verify that information on paperwork (material, delivery day/time, weights, etc.) is correct.
Must rotate raw material stock on a first-in, first-out basis.
Engage in warehouse duties including order fulfillment, truck loading and unloading, and safe handling of products, adhering to all protocols.
Opportunity to learn and master tasks like batching teat dips and drum filling.

Follow all safety instructions and procedures.
High School Diploma or GED Required
Minimum 1 year of CDL experience with HAZMAT and Tanker Endorsements
Experience Managing trip logs.
Proficient in reading and writing English.
Valid Class A Commercial License with Hazardous Material and Tanker Endorsements
Strong communication skills with customers and sales personnel
Ability to perform basic mathematical operations with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
Capable of calculating rates, ratios, percentages, and interpreting measurements accurately
Familiarity with safety protocols: lock-out/tag-out, confined space, HAZMAT, forklift safety, and other relevant measures
Physical Demands:
Regularly walking between departmental offices.
Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds and handling loads up to 500 pounds using forklifts and pallet jacks.
Frequent standing, stooping, bending, listening, talking, hearing, and reaching for objects.
Frequent use of stairs.
Work Environment:
Occasional work with regulated hazardous chemicals.
Exposure to dust, odors, and fumes.
Occasional work in varying conditions: hot, humid, muddy, wet, and/or cold.
Moderate noise levels in the work environment.
The typical base pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $30 - $35 per hour. GEA Group has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States. The pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for the position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications, and other job-related reasons. You may be eligible for additional rewards, such as discretionary bonus (based on eligibility) and/or equity awards.
