Your responsibilities and tasks
1. Handling import and export. Clarify import declaration according to compliance.
2. Clarifies issues with vendors and stakeholders
3. Sourcing and Nomination of logistic vendors according to GEA preferred suppliers.
4. Coordination and Delivery of New machines upto end location.
5. Obtain signed Delivery order.
Your profile and qualifications
1. English literate (intermediate).
2. Knowledge of Indonesia custom process and import regulation.
3. Knowledge of Indonesia sea/airports process.
4. Communication skills with all stakeholders.
5. D3/S1 educational background.
6. High working accuracy with data and numbers.
7. Diligent and resilient attitude.
8. ERP knowledge SAP/AX/Sage accpac is preferred.
