
Job Summary:
As a CNC Machine Operator II, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and troubleshooting CNC machines to produce precision parts and components according to specifications. Your role involves interpreting technical drawings and blueprints, loading and unloading materials, and ensuring that all machines are running efficiently and producing high-quality products. You will also be tasked with performing routine maintenance and minor repairs on the equipment, monitoring machine performance, and adhering to safety and quality standards.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: 2-5 years of experience in CNC machine operation.
Skills: Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, adjust machine settings, and perform tasks accurately and timely.
Physical Demands: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
Work Environment
Exposure to moving mechanical parts.
Occasional exposure to fumes or airborne particles.
Noise levels may require participation in the Hearing Conservation Program.
The typical base pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $25.00-29.00 per hour + $2.00 shift differential. GEA Group has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States. The pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for the position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications, and other job-related reasons. You may be eligible for additional rewards, such as discretionary bonus (based on eligibility) and/or equity awards.
