GEA Foundation strengthens commitment with three new strategic partners
The GEA Foundation is strengthening its community engagement by welcoming three new strategic partners: Science on Stage, Stifterverband für die Deutsche Wissenschaft and Ingenieure ohne Grenzen. In addition, support for the organization Deutsche Universitätsstiftung will be expanded.
GEA Supervisory Board takes early decision to extend contract of CEO Stefan Klebert and resolves to restructure the Executive Board and streamline the organizational structure as of January 1, 2026
In an early decision, the Supervisory Board of GEA Group Aktiengesellschaft has unanimously appointed Stefan Klebert (60) as Chairman of the Executive Board for a further two years – through the end of December 2028 – and extended his term of office accordingly.
GEA Group enters Germany's leading stock market index DAX
Effective 22 September 2025, GEA will be included in the DAX, Germany's leading stock market index. This was announced by ISS STOXX, a subsidiary of Deutsche Börse Group, yesterday evening as part of its regular index composition review. GEA will enter the index via the so-called “Fast Entry” procedure. With this step, GEA belongs to the 40 largest publicly listed companies on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
