SeaWaterDistiller
The SeaWaterDistiller is working on the well-known vacuum distillation principle. Waste heat from the main engine on board is utilized as heating medium for evaporation. The evaporation takes place in the evaporation plate bundle located in the lower part of the housing. A part of the incoming sea water evaporates due to the high vacuum inside the housing. The generated vapor is cleaned from sea water droplets while flowing through a wire mesh demister.
Deniz suyundan taze su üretimi
Yoğuşma, yuvanın üst kısmında bulunan kondenser plakası kümesinde gerçekleşir. Kondenser, deniz suyu ile soğutulur. Yoğuşmadan gelen gizli ısı, deniz suyuna aktarılır. Yoğuşma / evaporasyon sıcaklığı, deniz suyu sıcaklığına göre değişir. Isıtılan deniz suyunun küçük bir kısmı, evaporasyon kümesi için besleme suyu olarak kullanılır. Büyük kısmı ise kombine hava- / tuzlu su ejektörü için işletme medyası olarak kullanılır.
Bu ejektör çift işlevlidir: Deniz suyu fazlasının (tuzlu su) yuvadan çıkartılması ve yoğuşmayan gaz egzozu ile vakum oluşturma. Distilat kalitesi (tuzluluk) kontrol panelinden izlenir. Eğer tuzluluk ayar noktasını (2 - 10 ppm) aşarsa, distilat reddedilerek solenoid vanası ile evaporatöre geri gönderilir.
