GEA ultrasealer kapatıcı (USC-300), adımlı üst kenarlı, çoklu-yan duvarlı, polietilen (PE) iç torbası olan Kraft torbalarında kullanım için kompakt mühürleme ve kapatma sistemidir. İç astarı olmayan torbalar için USC-300, torba/çuval üst kenar katlama/kapatma sistemi olarak kullanılabilmektedir, bu da onu bir çok müşterinin ihtiyaçları için çok yönlü esnek bir çözüm yapmaktadır.
Mühürleyici/kapatıcı, torbanın bir makaralı konveyör veya platform üzerinde durduğu, operatörün torbayı tüm elleçleme ve kapatma prosesi boyunca manuel olarak kontrol edebildiği statik işletim için tasarlanmıştır.
Bags are manually presented to the sealer for semi-automatic sealing and closing operation using either a foot-switch or push-button control. Solid state control provides a reliable but flexible operation to suit a wide range of bag types. Temperature control is provided for both inner liner seal and to reactivate the pre-applied glue strip. Height adjustment is provided to ensure safe operation and to match existing bag handling equipment.

GEA opens new technology center, strengthening its position in the growing pharmaceutical applications market
Together with Mona Neubaur, Minister of Economic Affairs of the German state of North Rhine-Westphalia, GEA CEO Stefan Klebert has opened a new technology center for pharmaceutical freeze-drying systems in Elsdorf, Germany. GEA employs approximately 260 people at the facility, which combines research and development with production and service under one roof.
