Automatically conditions marine fuel to the precise viscosity, temperature and pressure required for reliable, efficient and continuous engine operation.
Fuel quality can vary significantly, particularly when operating with heavy fuel oil. Differences in viscosity, temperature and pressure can affect engine performance, efficiency and reliability if fuel properties do not match the engine manufacturer's specifications.
The GEA Visco Booster Unit (VBU) automatically conditions fuel between the fuel supply system and the engine, continuously adjusting viscosity, temperature and pressure to the required operating parameters. The result is stable engine performance, improved fuel compatibility and reliable operation across varying fuel qualities.
Designed to meet different engine manufacturer requirements, the VBU is available in multiple system configurations for single or multiple engines, with optional standby functions for pumps and preheaters. Its compact design, high-quality components and simplified maintenance make it an ideal solution for both newbuild and retrofit projects.

Visco BoosterUnit (VBU) yakıt tankı ile besleme yapılan motor arasına monte edilir. Tam otomatik bir kontrol, yakıtın viskozitesinin, sıcaklığının ve basıncının tam olarak motor üreticisinin şartnamesine uymasını sağlar. Sonuç olarak artık farklı yakıt kalitelerinin motor üzerinde olumsuz bir etkisi olmaz. Yakıt, VABU tarafından motora uygun şekilde koşullandırıldığı için yakıt olarak hangi yağın kullanıldığından bağımsız olarak motor, her zaman düzgün çalışır.
