Sorumluluklarınız ve görevleriniz:
- Define and drive lifecycle strategies for machine platforms and installed base segments.
- Manage lifecycle programs covering maintenance, upgrades, retrofits, modernization, digital services, and replacement solutions.
- Collaborate with regions and countries to identify customer needs and deploy lifecycle initiatives.
- Partner with factories and product owners to ensure long-term serviceability, upgradeability, and lifecycle support.
- Lead obsolescence management, modernization roadmaps, and end-of-life planning.
- Leverage installed base and machine performance data to identify service opportunities and enable proactive customer engagement.
- Drive the adoption of digital service solutions, including remote support, condition monitoring, predictive maintenance, and performance optimization.
- Support the development of service value propositions, business cases, and pricing strategies aligned with market needs.
- Monitor lifecycle KPIs and drive continuous improvement in customer satisfaction, service adoption, and recurring revenue.
Profiliniz ve özellikleriniz:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in Service Lifecycle Management, Aftermarket Services, Product Support, or Asset Management.
- Strong understanding of industrial equipment installed base management and service business models.
- Knowledge of digital service solutions and data-driven service offerings.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to influence and align global teams within a matrix organization.
- Fluent in English; Dutch and/or German is an advantage.

For food processing, GEA offers solutions for the preparation, marination and further processing of meat, poultry, seafood and plant-based products. The portfolio also includes processing lines for pasta, baked goods, snacks, breakfast cereals, confectionery and pet food, as well as equipment for slicing and packaging of food.
