深溝用スクレーパは、4 インチ (102 mm) ~ 10 インチ (254 mm) の深さの溝を備えた通路用に設計されています。このスクレーパを使用する場合は、通路の中央に向けて勾配がつけられている必要があります。これにより、糞尿の液分を自然に排出することができます。組込みの一方向フラットバーが、溝内に溜まった固形分を横断明渠へと押し出します。
- スクレーパの清掃行程の実行中、液分は溝に流れ込むため、通路が乾いたまま維持されます。
- この一方向フラットバーは、鋼製またはウレタン製のブレードを使用する、16°、V 字型およびストレートの各スクレーパのドローバー用オプションです。
- 特殊鋼を使用することにより、長寿命を実現します。
- 鉄鋼製フラットバーは、溝の底を清掃し、糞尿が戻るのを防ぐために、戻り行程時に跳ね上がります。
- スチールケーブルまたは Dyneema® ロープを使用して取り付けることができます。
