抽出用デカンタ
デカンタは固体含有量が高い固液抽出物を非常に効率的に運ぶことができます。 デカンタに入れる前に、前もって粉砕、分解、または粉末化された抽出製品を分離機ミキサー内の抽出剤としっかり混ぜ合わせます。 回転ボウルの軸方向に排出口が配置されており、それを通って懸濁液がデカンタに流れ出ます。 固体壁ボウルには、液体を効率的に浄化するための円筒セクションと、固体を脱水するための円錐セクションがあります。 ボウルに対してわずかに異なる速度で回転するスクロールによって、固体 (抽出残渣) がボウルの円錐先端にある固体排出部に運ばれます。 抽出物はボウルの円筒先端まで運ばれ、そこで求心ポンプによって排出されます。
