常にスムーズな運転
GEAの遠心分離機は従来のサンプタンクの油をより効率的かつ迅速に清浄します。タンクをバイパス清浄にGEAの遠心分離機を使用することで、お客様のエンジンには常に清浄された油が供給され、動作が滑らかになります。バクテリアほどの大きさの金属粉を除去するだけではなく、GEAの分離機は 5 μm という小さい有機粒子も分離します。処理された油中の水含有量は0.1 vol%未満となります。 つまり、お客様の作動油または潤滑油は油分濃度が99.9 vol%以上のピュアな油になります。
油の清浄度が増し、油交換の間隔が延長されるので、工業および農業分野では、ベアリングなどの部品の寿命が延長され、機械のダウンタイムの減少し、油購入費用や処分費用が削減さるなど利益改善に貢献します。
