廃油は発生源や成分が異なるので、その水、油、固体の含有量もかなり異なることがあります。GEA の高性能デカンタおよび分離板式遠心分離機はどんな廃油分離要件に対しても適切な処理を提供します。
デカンタは主として固体含有量が多い場合に使用されます。セルフクリーニング式分離板型遠心分離機を下流に設置し、有用な液体の微細な固形分粒子と水を分離します。この高度な分離によって、高額で処分するのではなく、発電用の油として販売できます。この清浄された廃油は、例えばセメント産業や冶金での燃料としての需要があります。処理工程中に生じた廃水は、油が除去されおり、環境に対する影響を最小限なものとしています。

遠心分離機
GEA の分離機は、液体ベースの用途向けに設計されています。遠心力を利用する分離機は、異なる密度の 2 相以上で構成される懸濁液の分離に使用されます。たとえば、液体 - 液体の分離、液体 - 液体 - 固体の分離、あるいは液体 - 固体の分離に使用できます。これらはいずれも、固体を除去するときと同様、液体混合物を分離するときにも効率的です。
