GEA values an open corporate culture, and encourages its employees, business partners, shareholders, other stakeholders and external parties to swiftly report infringements of laws or other serious compliance violations relating to GEA Group AG or its affiliates. Timely detection of such risks might prevent significant financial and reputational injuries.
What can be reported?
Infringements of laws in a professional context and which are related to GEA Group AG or its affiliates, or GEA policy violations, i.e., corruption, fraud, violations of competition law, data security regulations, food and product safety requirements, or cases of (sexual) harassment and discrimination, and violations of human rights, environmental protection laws, or public health regulations.
How are Whistleblowers protected?
Persons who report the above-mentioned incidents through the GEA Whistleblower System are acting as Whistleblowers and thus protected by GEA.
