Dischi di rottura
Bursting discs are safety devices designed for installation between a 3-way valve and a safety valve. They are used when a greater tightness is required, by controlling the space between the bursting disc and the safety valve and to protect the safety valve against the damaging effects of the working medium e.g. soiling, sticking, corrosion.
Caratteristiche tecniche
- Disponibile in acciaio o acciaio inox
- Agenti: salamoia refrigerante fredda su base glicolica EN 378 p. 1, per es. NH3, R22, R134a e miscele con olio refrigerante, neutro, agenti liquidi e gassosi, salamoia fredda su base glicolica
- Utilizzo. Non è consentito utilizzare i dischi di rottura in un sistema in cui la pressione d'esercizio massima è superiore al 90% della tolleranza minima di rottura. I dischi di rottura sono indicati per i gas, ma non per i liquidi. La tolleranza di rottura è +/- 10% o opzionalmente +/-5%.
