The GEA FIBC emptying stations is designed to enable a single operator to discharge bulk bags of product into a powder process system.
Applicazione
La stazione di svuotamento FIBC permette di scaricare sacchi per prodotti sfusi con un rivestimento in plastica e bocchette, in modo igienico. Il rivestimento è bloccato e sigillato alla tramoggia durante lo svuotamento per contenere la polvere e prevenire l'ingresso di materiale estraneo.
Con il paranco sospeso al soffitto o integrato nel telaio, è adatto alla maggior parte dei processi di svuotamento dei sacchi.

Velocità di svuotamento: < 5-6 sacchi/h, a seconda del tipo e delle dimensioni del sacco
