I macchinari e le linee di produzione GEA sono stati progettati per efficienza, affidabilità e sostenibilità. Il sistema di pompe a lobi individuali di GEA assicura un dosaggio dell’esatta quantità di impasto per ciascun biscotto per realizzare prodotti di forma perfetta e ridurre gli sprechi. I parametri di lavoro possono essere regolati durante il funzionamento delle macchine, per ridurre i tempi di fermo.
Per produrre biscotti tagliati a filo e per riempire teglie con impasti morbidi, offriamo un dosatore versatile in grado di trattare impasti fluidi, densi e montati, con o senza particolari solidi.
Il nostro modello di co-estrusore può dosare simultaneamente due diversi impasti e una farcitura liquida, direttamente su un nastro per forno o su teglie su un trasportatore.
Il sistema dedicato per cookie a sandwich automatizza i processi di ribaltamento dei biscotti, dosaggio della farcitura e assemblaggio finale per ottimizzare efficienza e produttività.
I forni GEA assicurano una doratura perfetta e la consistenza desiderata dei biscotti. Durante il funzionamento a regime i nostri forni non richiedono la presenza di un operatore e il sistema di isolamento più efficiente e performante sul mercato consente di risparmiare energia e costi.
