Key Responsibilities
Strategic Customer Relationship Management
- Own and develop the global service relationship with assigned key accounts.
- Build long-term partnerships with customer stakeholders at operational, technical, and management levels.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with customer business objectives.
- Ensure a seamless transition from new equipment projects to lifecycle service activities.
- Act as the customer's advocate within GEA while balancing business objectives.
- Manage service-related escalations and drive effective resolution.
Service Sales & Business Development
- Drive profitable growth across the complete GEA service portfolio.
- Identify new opportunities within the installed base.
- Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals.
- Negotiate commercial terms and delivery expectations.
- Manage a healthy CRM opportunity pipeline and support forecasting activities.
- Deliver Order Intake, Revenue, and Profitability targets.
Technical Consulting & Project Coordination
- Develop a strong understanding of GEA technologies and customer processes.
- Provide first-level technical guidance and support.
- Translate customer needs into effective internal solutions.
- Coordinate expertise from Engineering, Product Management, Customer Support, and Field Service teams.
- Monitor the execution of strategic service projects and ensure customer commitments are met.
- Promote best practices to improve equipment reliability, performance, and productivity.
Digitalization & Continuous Improvement
- Promote the adoption of GEA's digital service platforms and connected solutions.
- Support customer onboarding and implementation of digital monitoring and predictive maintenance tools.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience through digital services.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and maintain accurate CRM and Installed Base data.
- Gather market intelligence on customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.
Il tuo profilo e le tue qualifiche:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Service Sales, Aftermarket Sales, Technical Sales, Customer Support, or Account Management within an industrial equipment environment.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, food processing, or industrial manufacturing industries is highly desirable.
- Proven track record in strategic account management and customer relationship development.

- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent commercial, negotiation, and business development skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
- Strategic thinking and long-term relationship-building capability.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively within a global matrix organization.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, SAP, and Microsoft Office.
- Professional proficiency in English is required.
- Knowledge of French, Dutch, or other European languages is considered an asset.
