
As Intern you will be working on:
Learning Infrastructure & Technology
Implementation and optimization of our learning infrastructure architecture (e.g. LMS, Performance Support Platforms, VR/AR systems, Authoring tools, SharePoint, MS CoPilot)
Assist in piloting and rolling out innovative learning technologies including Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR), Digital Coach, and AI-powered learning solutions
Help document and standardize processes for new learning platforms and tools
Support the integration of learning systems
Project Support
Support ongoing innovation projects including:
Assist with project documentation, stakeholder communication, and progress tracking
Help coordinate between Academy teams, IT, and business stakeholders
Help create documentation and training materials for Academy team members
Contribute to research on emerging learning technologies and best practices
You are studying Educational Technology, Learning Sciences, IT/Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field
You have a strong interest in digital learning, learning experience design, or educational innovation
Technical Skills
Very good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
Experience or strong interest in learning technologies, educational platforms and knowledge management
Familiarity with data analysis tools or willingness to learn (e.g., Power BI, Excel Analytics)
Basic understanding of system integrations and digital workflows (advantage)
Knowledge & Experience
Interest in emerging technologies such as VR/AR, AI, or performance support systems
Understanding of learning theories, instructional design, or adult education principles (advantage)
Experience with Learning Management Systems or educational platforms (advantage)
Some knowledge of project management methodologies (advantage)

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
You quickly grasp new concepts and enjoy exploring new technologies
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across international teams

Languages
Fluent in English (written and spoken) - essential
Dutch language skills are an advantage
