
Sales Leadership: Identify and convert leads, manage your sales pipeline, and close deals in alignment with R&C teams
Customer Engagement: Deliver product demos, support negotiations, and lead customer interactions across the territory
Strategic Positioning: Target specific application fields, create compelling value propositions, and win key projects
Account Management: Oversee global key accounts, ensuring tailored service and strategic growth opportunities
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Engineering, Marketing, Order Management, and other departments to ensure project clarity and successful handover
Quotations & Risk Management: Review RFQs, manage technical/commercial risk, and generate accurate, competitive quotations in SAP SOH
Market Insight: Monitor market trends and competitor activities, provide feedback to Product Management, and support product innovation
Bachelor’s degree (HBO level or equivalent) in a technical or commercial field
Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in machinery manufacturing, ideally within food processing
Strong technical knowledge and consultative selling expertise
Proven success in international sales and contract negotiation
Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch; German, French, or Spanish is an advantage
High commercial acumen, hunter mentality, and strategic thinking
Flexibility to travel internationally as needed
You excel in building trust-based relationships with customers and partners
Driving initiatives independently with an entrepreneurial spirit
