
Proactively visit customers to identify opportunities to maintain the installed base up to date by offering solutions from the GEA Portfolio.
Prepare and follow-up on commercial proposals for spare parts, service level and maintenance agreements, health checks, upgrades and retrofits.
Execute the GEA Service strategy and GEA Service sales plan in close collaboration with the team.
Provide support to Customers on technical clarification of the requirement, acting as a key interface between Sales, Service and internal stakeholders.
Manage warranty cases in coordination with internal departments and factories.
Support maintenance planning activities and spare parts identification for service agreements.
Handle order confirmations, ensure accurate processing and follow-up on deliveries to ensure on-time delivery.
This role will act as a key interface within a fast-growing organization with the potential to grow into a pure sales position in mid-term.
Degree in Engineering, or experience in a related technical field, preferably Mechanical Engineering.
Professional (Junior) in sales and Service support roles, preferably within the bakery or industrial manufacturing industry.
Solid communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to interact professionally with both internal stakeholders and external customers.
Strong organizational and analytical skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities in a structured manner.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.
Service-oriented mindset, with a proactive and solution-driven approach to problem solving.
Fluent Spanish and professional working proficiency in English; Portuguese is considered a plus.
Strong customer focus, with the ability to understand customer needs and translate them into effective internal actions.
Proactive attitude towards spare parts, retrofit and service sales promotion.
Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 30%) for customer visits, site activities or internal coordination.
High level of ownership and accountability, with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
Ability to work closely with Sales and Service teams to support market awareness and business development initiatives.
