
The Operations Performance Specialist/Analyst (f/m/d) supports operational excellence across GEA’s global manufacturing network
through performance reporting, analytics, and continuous improvement activities.
Working within Operations Strategy & Execution in the Nutrition Plant Engineering (NPE) division, the role provides transparency
on operational performance, identifies opportunities for improvement, and contributes to the division’s transformation agenda.
This is a hands-on, analytical role requiring strong problem-solving capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate
effectively across functions and regions.
Your key responsabilities:
Support Operational Performance Management
· Maintain operational KPI reporting, dashboards, and scorecards for global manufacturing sites.
· Consolidate performance data, validate accuracy, and prepare structured analysis and insights.
· Identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities across productivity, quality, cost, and service
Contribute to Continuous Improvement & Transformation
· Translate performance insights into proposals for improvement actions and support their implementation.
· Assist in deploying Lean, digital, and operational excellence tools across sites.
· Contribute to the standardization of KPI definitions, reporting processes, and performance review routines.
Facilitate Cross-Functional Collaboration
· Collaborate with Plant Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, and Regional Operations.
· Support performance reviews, workshops, problem-solving sessions, and capability-building activities.
· Prepare structured reporting materials, including progress updates, risk identification, and insights for senior
management.
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management,
Industrial Management, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
· Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or data analytics are an advantage.
· 2+ years of experience in operations performance, continuous improvement, data analytics, or manufacturing operations.
· Proven ability to work with KPIs, dashboards, data validation,
· Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or operational excellence methodologies.
· Experience collaborating in cross-functional environments and supporting improvement initiatives.
· Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into meaningful insights.
· Proficiency with performance reporting and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
· Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
· High ownership, structure, and hands-on execution mentality.
· Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., German) are beneficial
