Deliver continuous growth of the GEA install base through development of lead and opportunity pipeline.
Develop and contribute to the business plan on sales strategies that target profit goals.
Work collaboratively to improve long-term relationships with current and new customers.
Identify new opportunities and market trends that will lead to incremental revenue growth.
Develop key account strategies for business retention and growth.
Network and build relations with industry partners that can assist market intel and growth.
Regularly assess market trends, sector position, market share.
Gather intelligence on the competitive landscape and competitor direction to develop and gain strategic advantage.
Prepare sales forecasts and budgets; monitor sales volume, revenue and cost against forecast and adapt methods to improve performance.
Contribute new ideas towards applications and products to promote, defend and grow the competitive position by technology leadership.
Develop value messages to promote GEA product benefits in the target space.
Actively participate in GEA team initiatives to recognize and develop different types of best practice
Maintain constructive cooperation with other Sales Representatives in the country and region.
Develop close relations with the Aftersales Service team and develop mutually beneficial activity plans to present one-face and total solution options to the customer.
Contribute to the overall development of sales, marketing, customer retention, advertising, pricing, and distribution strategies for area of responsibility.
Use CRM extensively to plan activity, log updates and utilize reports to improve effectiveness.
Promote teamwork, maintain a positive attitude, and support the concept of one face to our customers.
Participate in meetings, periodical and incidental.
