
As International Site Supervisor you work independently, lead the team on site and work closely with the Project Manager. The department under which the position falls is centrally managed from our headquarters in 's-Hertogenbosch, the Netherlands. The working area focusses mainly on Marine and Global projects but can be BENELUX as well. It concerns a mobile function where travelling is an important part of the job. These business trips can take up from 4 – 8 weeks. You will report to the Manager Supervision and Commissioning.
Roles And Responsibilities
The International Site Supervisor is the first point of contact on the construction site and responsible for managing the operational employees, including subcontractors. You coordinate and monitor safety, quality and planning and you steer where necessary.

Informs the customer about the progress of the installation work and actively participates in progress meetings when necessary.
Technical education MBO level 4.
In possession of driving license B.
VCA-Basis, preferably VCA-VOL or willing to do so.
Knowledge of the English language required.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in industrial refrigeration engineering.
Preferably 3 - 5 years’ experience as Site Supervisor in the refrigeration industry.
Electrical engineering knowledge level 3.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
In possession of a STEK and/or F-Gas diploma.
Flexible attitude towards working hours. These may be irregular, in accordance with the customer's wishes.
