
Collaborating with sales managers on logistics matters (requests, communication, consulting)
Processing and verifying supplier documents (invoices, delivery notes, packing lists, CMR, etc.)
Preparing and submitting documentation for customs brokers, supporting customs clearance
Organizing courier deliveries from suppliers in Europe and monitoring shipments
Coordinating road transport deliveries from Europe with freight forwarders
Managing relationships with transport, courier, and forwarding companies
Cooperating with warehouse staff: customs clearance, storage, and shipments to customers
Handling other logistics-related tasks
Higher education in Economics, Management, Logistics, or International Trade
At least 3 years’ experience as a Logistics Manager, Foreign Trade Manager, or Customs Broker
(Students with strong skills and motivation will also be considered)
Knowledge of Ukrainian customs legislation
Solid understanding of Incoterms 2020
Basics of transport logistics & cargo transportation organization
Experience with international trade and supply contracts
Ability to prepare shipping documents (invoice, CMR, delivery notes)
Process optimization for delivery, storage, and shipments
Cost calculation and transport planning skills
Team player, goal- and results-oriented
Strong communication & negotiation abilities
Analytical, responsible, and stress-resistant
Eager to learn, motivated, and able to multitask
Honest, punctual, and able to take responsibility
Driver’s license (B category, preferred) with a safe driving record
English proficiency: B1–B2 (Intermediate/Upper-Intermediate) – confident in written and spoken communication, including technical vocabulary
PC proficiency: MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access); knowledge of QDPro, MD Office; advanced Excel formulas and database handling skills are an advantage
