
In the role of Lifecycle Manager- you will ensure the successful development, optimization, and profitability of service offerings throughout their entire lifecycle—from introduction and growth to maturity and phase-out.
Roles and responsibilities
Develop and manage the service lifecycle strategy for assigned products and solutions.
Monitor and optimize service performance across all lifecycle phases.
Define service offerings, pricing, and value propositions in alignment with market needs.
Drive continuous improvement of service processes and customer satisfaction.
Analyze lifecycle data and implement actions based on KPIs
Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, engineering, sales.
Lead service portfolio reviews and lifecycle decisions.
Identify opportunities for digitization and service innovation.
Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience in service management, lifecycle management, or product management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Industrial or manufacturing experience is a plus.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in English (Dutch or German is an advantage).
