Kai Becker

Kai Becker has been a member of the Executive Board since January 2026 (appointed until December 2028). He is responsible for the division Pure Flow Processing. This division combines the business of the former Separation & Flow Technologies division with the component business of the former Heating & Refrigeration Technologies division.

Kai Becker joined GEA in 2004. Prior to his appointment to the Executive Board, he served as CEO of the Heating & Refrigeration Technologies Division, starting in 2021. Previously, he held management positions as CEO of the Business Unit Homogenizers and Managing Director of GEA Mechanical Equipment Italia S.p.A. Earlier in his career he worked as General Manager of GEA Breconcherry in the UK, Product Manager at GEA Tuchenhagen GmbH and Project & Business Development Manager in China.

Kai Becker was born in Hamburg, Germany, in 1981. He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering and Management and an Executive MBA from Kellogg-WHU.
