Join us at IBA 2025 in Hall 10, Stand 10C11
Experience high speed production with our new GEA Bake Extruder in operation at IBA 2025, featuring a redesigned wirecut device. With a maximum working width of up to 1,700 mm, it ensures enhanced performance, guaranteeing up to 350 strokes per minute for wirecut operations and 130 strokes per minute for encapsulated cookie production, meeting high demand without sacrificing quality. This state-of-the-art machine is engineered for superior accessibility, making maintenance and cleaning quick and easy. The extruder head has been completely redesigned for better accessibility and easy cleaning, significantly improving operator efficiency. Safety is a priority, with photo-electric barriers ensuring a secure working environment.
The new GEA E-Bake oven is designed with energy-saving features that reduce CO2 emissions. It incorporates new airflow concepts, a reduced baking chamber, and micro convection with higher airflow and localized ventilation for each module, controlled by zone. The oven also features reduced thermal bridges and a new configuration of electrical resistances. These innovations ensure improved product quality and consistency, with uniformity and repeatability thanks to self-sufficient modules and an optimized bottom plenum for each product type. The oven is fully cleanable, with complete access to the baking chamber and a slide-out chamber bottom. Installation is fast and easy with pre-assembled, independent Plug&Play modules, significantly reducing production stops and missed production during installation.
The new lobe depositor 2LC is developed to deposit soft dough cookies with high accuracy without compromising productivity. With up to 100 strokes per minute depending on the product type, the GEA Bake Depositor 2LC can be configured either in line or as a standalone unit, offering a flexible solution for all types of producers. During the trade fair, the GEA Bake Depositor 2LC will be fully operational, allowing attendees to witness its high accuracy and productivity in real-time.
The GEA Minitart machine is designed to meet the bakery industry's need for a compact pie and tart processing line that operates at a high production capacity, without compromising on precision or quality. The Minitart machine offers increased production capacity and flexibility for processing pies and tarts. It includes a belt conveyor with a volumetric extruder and blocking system, driven by a servo-motor for highly accurate positioning of specially designed trays. The volumetric extruder cuts and deposits dough billets into the tray indents, and the mechanical blocker with individual pneumatic compensation ensures the highest quality pies every time. The Minitart platform can also be equipped with a depositor for creams and jams, as well as a customizable molder for lattice tops or lids.
