
Drive sales by converting leads into opportunities, delivering demos, quotes, and tailored solutions, and managing customer relationships to close deals in alignment with R&C teams
Target key applications and segments with compelling value propositions; provide market insights and competitor analysis to refine GEA’s portfolio
Develop and execute country-specific sales plans, drive quarterly targets, and collaborate with R&C offices for strategic alignment
Serve as the central link between customers, R&C offices, and internal teams; ensure smooth project handovers and leverage the Technology Center for trials
Track market trends and competitors, propose new applications or product enhancements, and represent GEA at industry events
Evaluate RFQs, assess risks, and prepare competitive SAP SOH quotations while ensuring contract viability and supporting negotiations
Lead relationships with major global accounts, ensuring seamless service and uncovering opportunities for deeper partnerships
Monitor market trends and competitor activities, provide feedback to Product Management, and support product innovation
Bachelor’s degree (HBO level or equivalent) in a technical or commercial field
Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in machinery manufacturing, ideally within food processing
Strong technical knowledge and consultative selling expertise
Proven success in international sales and contract negotiation
Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch; German, French, or Spanish is an advantage
High commercial acumen, hunter mentality, and strategic thinking.
Flexibility to travel internationally as needed
