
Join us as a People Partner supporting our FT (Farm Technologies) and PFP (Pure Flow Processing) Divisions across the UK and Ireland. This role can be based near our offices in Milton Keynes, Bristol or Belfast and requires travel across the UK and Ireland.
As a trusted advisor to business leaders and managers, you will provide guidance and support across a broad range of People activities, helping to drive employee engagement, organisational effectiveness and business success.
Working closely with divisional leadership and global People teams, you will ensure compliance with employment legislation while delivering high-quality People support and initiatives.
Act as a trusted partner to divisional representatives and managers, aligning People initiatives with business strategy.
Drive key People processes including performance management, workforce planning, talent development, succession planning, salary reviews, Perform & Grow, and Leadership Reviews.
Provide coaching and guidance on employee relations matters, employment legislation, performance management, recruitment, rewards, disciplinary processes, grievances, investigations, and terminations.
Support organisational change initiatives including restructures, organisational design, talent integration, and mergers and acquisitions activities.
Represent the People Partner agenda in divisional meetings and support employee engagement initiatives that enhance the employee experience.
Support global governance processes including position approvals, compensation changes, FTE reporting, and compliance with global policies and standards.
Collaborate with central People teams to deliver end-to-end People services and support global and local People projects.
Prepare reports, analytics, and data submissions as required by the business and global organisation.
Support the onboarding and integration of new colleagues and apprentices, acting as a buddy when required.
Lead and implement designated People initiatives across the Cluster as defined by the manager.
Ensure compliance with UK and Irish employment legislation and company policies.
Travel within the UK and Ireland as required.
Master's degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related discipline.
CIPD Level 7 qualification (or equivalent).
Proven experience operating within UK and Irish employment law and HR frameworks.
Significant experience in a senior HR Business Partner or People Partner role.
Strong knowledge of employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, learning and development, and organisational development.
Experience supporting organisational change and business transformation initiatives.
Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, coaching, and communication skills.
Proficiency in HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP, or equivalent systems, with strong reporting and analytical capability.
