GEA Varipond C

With GEA Varipond C those adjustments are now so easy, fast and precise that your separation zone turns into a comfort zone.

GEA Varipond C - Come into the comfort zone

Varipond C for clarifying decanters

Changing the diameter means changing the position of the eccentric centripetal pump. The pump position adjusts the pond depth and with it the lengths of the clarification and dewatering zone inside the bowl.

The longer the clarification zone the clearer the liquid, the longer the dewatering zone the drier the solids.

Varipond C for separating decanters

In separating - or 3-phase - decanters you can easily adapt the separation zone inside the decanter bowl. In 3-phase systems you have two liquid phases and one solids phase, i.e. water, oil and solids.

As the composition of the feed is constantly changing, the optimum setting for the separation zone is changing constantly, too. With Varipond C for 3-phase systems you can easily adapt your separation zone to those changing feed conditions.
