Locally and internationally, GEA is always looking for reliable and high-quality suppliers with a competitive edge. We seek to work with companies who contribute to sustainable development: ethically, socially, environmentally and economically.
GEA Supply Chain controls the purchasing of project and product related materials. Our need is organized by categories and we have a specific need within Filtration & Mixing, Heating & Cooling, Pumps, Valves, Electrical Drives and Controls & Electrics.
Furthermore, we are on the lookout for companies that can supply field assembly services and subcontracted manufacturing.
GEA has the need for indirect materials, also for other indirect services such as facility management, utilities, rental, leasing and travel.
GEA has specific needs within logistics (including packaging, inbound and outbound) on a global scale within the categories of Air Freight, Courier Express Parcel, Rail Transportation, Road Transportation and Sea Freight.
Today, GEA has selected preferred suppliers covering all categories, divisions and regions. By 2026, you must fulfil GEA’s sustainability criteria to remain a preferred supplier.
To steer the implementation and ensure progress, the rollout will be tracked, and conclusions will be drawn. These conclusions will be part of our regular review meetings.
