About the position

An unserem Standort in Bönen (bei Dortmund) suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt, als Elternzeitvertretung, einen kaufmännischen Projektkoordinator (m/w/d). GEA Farm Technologies ist einer der weltweit führenden Anbieter von innovativen Lösungen für die moderne Milchviehhaltung. Von automatisierten Melksystemen über intelligente Fütterungstechnik bis hin zu digitalen Tools für das Herdenmanagement – GEA unterstützt Landwirte weltweit dabei, Produktivität zu steigern, Tierwohl zu verbessern und nachhaltige Landwirtschaft zu fördern.

Your responsibilities and tasks

Monitoring des monatlichen Auftragseingangs bei Großaufträgen
Mitarbeit an der „Hot Project List“ in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Large Project Sales
Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Vertrieb und Finanzen
Ansprechpartner/-in für Region & Countries
Unterstützung bei der Budgetüberwachung und bei der Einhaltung von Zeit- und Qualitätsvorgaben
Erstellung konsolidierter Kalkulationen in der Angebotsphase
Abwicklung und Betreuung von Genehmigungsprozessen
Betreuung und Besuchermanagement von internationalen Referenzanlagen

Your profile and qualifications

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium (z. B. BWL, Projektmanagement)
Idealerweise erste Erfahrung als Projektkoordinator
Strukturierte, analytische und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
Sicherer Umgang mit ERP‑Systemen (idealerweise SAP) und MS Office
Fließende Deutsch‑ und Englischkenntnisse
