
In this role, you will:
Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and People Partners to support end‑to‑end recruitment activities
Coordinate and manage briefing calls, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
Support active recruitment efforts, including candidate screening and administrative tasks
Ensure consistent execution of recruitment processes, standards, and policies to deliver an outstanding experience for both candidates and hiring managers
Maintain and update candidate data and recruitment systems with a high level of accuracy
Contribute to process improvements, standardization, and the sharing of best practices within People Recruitment Operations
Help drive efficiency and quality across recruitment operations
Proven experience in recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or recruiting operations (in‑house or agency)
Strong interest in People Services and Talent Acquisition processes
Excellent communication skills, combined with a proactive, structured, and solution‑oriented working style
Fluent in Polish and English (required); German or Danish is a plus
Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in an international environment
Experience working with recruitment systems and candidate databases
