Your responsibilities and tasks

Prüfung von Waren, Aufträgen und Embargogeschäften auf exportrechtliche Pflichten
Beantragung und Überwachung von Ausfuhrgenehmigungen
Betreuung des Compliance‑Screenings und Entscheidung bei Treffern
Ermittlung des Warenursprungs und Durchführung von Präferenzkalkulationen
Verwaltung und Erstellung von Lieferantenerklärungen und Ursprungsdokumenten
Pflege und Freigaben in SAP für Exportkontrolle und Präferenzkalkulation
Zolltarifliche Einreihung und Klassifizierung von Materialien
Mitarbeit an Prozessdokumentation und kontinuierlichen Optimierungen

Your profile and qualifications

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Industriekauffrau (m/w/d)
Fundierte Kenntnisse im Außenwirtschaftsbereich
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im gleichen oder ähnlichen Bereich
SAP Kenntnisse wünschenswert
MS Office Kenntnisse
Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
