About the position
Your responsibilities and tasks
Mitarbeit und Unterstützung bei der Erstellung des (monatlichen) Service Reportings
Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Potenzialanalysen (Auftragseingang und Umsatz)
Erstellen von Auswertungen und Analysen sowie Beantwortung von Ad-hoc Anfragen
Unterstützung im operativen Tagesgeschäft
Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung der Service Controlling-Tools
Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit den jeweiligen Fachbereichen
Mitarbeit an übergreifenden Projekten
Your profile and qualifications
Laufendes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt im Bereich Controlling, Rechnungswesen oder Finanzen
Idealerweise erste praktische Erfahrung in einem kaufmännischen, analytischen Bereich (z. B. durch Praktika)
Sicherer Umgang mit den MS-Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
Erste Erfahrung im Umgang mit BI-Systemen sowie Grundkenntnisse in SAP von Vorteil; alternativ Interesse an der Arbeit mit BI-Tools und SAP Software
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Sehr gutes Zahlenverständnis, ausgeprägtes analytisches und konzeptionelles Denkvermögen, schnelle Auffassungsgabe
Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, hohe Eigeninitiative und selbstständiges Arbeiten sowie Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
Verfügbarkeit für 20 Stunden pro Woche vor Ort in Oelde
