
Analyzing existing business processes by individuating potential improvement and deviations from standard
Acting as an inter-functional facilitator in promoting deviations corrective measures
Tracking the progress to plan of deviations corrective measures
Designing if needed quality standards and processes (both internal and external -to suppliers’ site as an example),
Developing quality gates systems and determining corrective actions.
Participating to all requested meeting to ensure the proper quality BU governance.
She/He will also work in autonomy with managers and supervisors to implement quality measures and will be the person charged to manage claim process.
A successful quality expert should have excellent investigating and troubleshooting skills and be able to ensure that processes and products consistently meet established quality standards.
Degree in quality, industrial, or mechanical engineering.
2+ years of experience in quality engineering, or a similar role.
Experience coding and using software tools and processes (powerBi, App, SAP, …)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent project management skills.
English Knowledge level B
