
Technical support: understand customer requirements and provide technical support
Oversee installation and commissioning of separation equipment
Take over service projects and field services execution upon confirmation
Meet customer for technical discussion and service / field service execution
Service Separation equipment including Minor Service & Major Service
Troubleshooting the control system / Mechanical / Electrical
Manage service job within the stipulated budget
Preparation for Instruction Manuals and Training of Operational / Maintenance Personnel.
Ensure safety adherence of all colleagues and contractors involved in the site works
Equipment/plant commissioning and operator
Diploma/Certificate holder in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Process knowledge in palm oil industrial will be an advantage
Good oral, written and presentation skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English language are essential
Good computer skills with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
Proactive, Independent, highly motivated and open-minded
Team player with strong interpersonal skills
Able to communicate/deal professionally with both internal and external clients
Good oral, written and presentation skills would be desirable
Able to travel occasionally for short duration of 10-15 days per month throughout Sabah
Position will be based in Sandakan Sabah
Must have Class D driver’s license
