
In this role, you won’t just support Procurement — you will help transform it. Your tasks will include:
Data Analysis & Reporting: Gather, structure, and analyze data related to S2P processes.
Dashboard & Presentation Preparation: Create insightful dashboards (e.g., in Power BI) and prepare slide decks for management.
Project Support: Assist in internal projects with research, documentation, and preparation.
Supplier & Process Support: Contribute to supplier management, user support, and IT tool assistance.
Management Requests: Respond to ad-hoc requests with reports, data, and actionable insights.
This is a perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, processes, technology, and people.
Currently enrolled in a university in Spain, studying Finance, Economics, Business, Supply Chain, Mathematics, IT (with commercial focus), or similar.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Structured, organized, and persistent
Ability to work independently and dig into details
Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish (German is a plus)
Technical Skills:
Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint (Power BI is a plus)
Experience with task automation tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, n8n, MS Copilot, web scraping) is a great advantage
Optional: Programming skills or SAP knowledge
