Your roles & responsibilities:
- Central contact for Master Data relevant topics, especially MDG module
- Project management activities as well as process and implementation support in the area of SAP Master Data Governance (MDG)
- Collaborate with business stakeholders across departments to understand data requirements and migration impacts.
- Organize, facilitate, and document data collection and mapping workshops with business users and technical teams.
- Assist in defining data cleansing, mapping, and transformation rules as per business requirements.
- Help drive resolution of critical migration topics (e.g., legacy system dependencies, stakeholder misalignment).
- Design and technical implementation of SAP MDG-relevant implementations and processes
- Implementation projects in MDG/S/4 using ABAP and BRF+ (Business Rule Framework Plus)
- Configuration and customization in MDG
- Application support for MDG
- Data migration projects
- Application maintenance and optimization
- Collaboration and coordination with external consultants and service providers
- Further development of existing and future business processes
- Creation of user documentation
- Successfully completed degree or vocational training in the IT field and relevant professional experience
- 5 years of experience in a techno-functional role, preferably within data migration or ERP/CRM transformation programs
- Strong experience in business stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination.
- Excellent workshop facilitation, documentation, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with MDG-M (Material Master), MDG-F (Finance), MDG-S (Supplier), or MDG-C (Customer) (MDG-F, MDG-S, or MDG-C) would be an advantage
- Relevant experience in ABAP programming
- Skills and experience in enhancing functionality and solving MDG-related problems
- Implementation experience with BRF+ in SAP systems
- Experience with the SAP Master Data Consolidation Tool and Data Service would be an advantage
- Strong methodological and technical understanding and an analytical approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work effectively in a team, coupled with curiosity and enthusiasm
- Good English skills to communicate and collaborate effectively with our international team
