Your responsibilities and tasks:
Le principali responsabilità includeranno:
- Riferimento specialistico per Ufficio Tecnico Automazione nello sviluppo di politiche di sicurezza per proteggere i sistemi OT (Operational Technology) di prodotto, con particolare attenzione alla sicurezza delle reti industriali in ottemperanza alle normative vigenti ISA/IEC 62443 - CRA - NIS2.
- Definire e supervisionare l’implementazione di soluzioni di sicurezza avanzate, incluse soluzioni di firewall, VPN, IDS/IPS e gestione degli accessi.
- Definire procedure interne per la gestione delle vulnerabilità.
- Collaborare con i teams IT Security ed OT Security di gruppo (GEA Headquarter) per identificare e gestire potenziali vulnerabilità.
- Condurre attività di formazione e sensibilizzazione per i tecnici progettisti in merito alle pratiche di sicurezza informatica e alle normative vigenti ISA/IEC 62443.
Your profile and qualifications:
- Laurea in Ingegneria Informatica, Sicurezza Informatica, Ingegneria Elettronica o affini.
- Esperienza di almeno 5 anni nel settore Industrial Automation, con focus su sistemi SCADA, reti industriali (Ethernet based) e sicurezza dei sistemi IT/OT.
- Conoscenza approfondita delle normative e degli standard di sicurezza informatica (es. ISA/IEC 62443, CRA, NIS2, ISO 27001)
- Esperienza con tecnologie di sicurezza informatica, tra cui firewall, VPN, IDS/IPS, e soluzioni di protezione per reti industriali.
- Ottima conoscenza dell’inglese (almeno livello C1), sia scritto che parlato.
- Capacità di lavorare in un ambiente dinamico, con forte propensione al problem-solving e di lavoro in team.
- Capacità di gestione di progetti e di coordinamento con le diverse funzioni aziendali.
