SAP PP Expertise and Implementation: Serve as the subject matter expert for SAP PP, providing deep knowledge on BOMs, routings, work centers, production orders, capacity planning and MRP processes.
Business Process Alignment: Analyze, define and adapt production-related business processes to align with SAP PP functionalities and the operational needs of HRT production sites.
Project & Change Management: Lead SAP PP-related rollouts by facilitating process understanding, addressing production challenges, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and operational requirements.
Data Migration & Training: Support production sites in master data preparation, validation, fit/gap analysis, key user training, and user acceptance testing within SAP PP.
Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain clear communication with all involved parties, provide progress updates, and ensure alignment of SAP PP adoption across teams and regions.
Process Harmonization & Operational Excellence: Drive production process harmonization using SAP PP capabilities while fostering best practice sharing and continuous operational excellence.
Qualification & Expertise: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, ideally with a Master’s; at least 5 years of SAP PP experience, including implementation, configuration, and support in SAP S/4HANA; involvement in SAP rollouts with data migration and training.
Manufacturing & Assembly Expertise: Deep understanding of component manufacturing processes and machine assembly, ensuring high-quality production and operational efficiency.
Technical Skills: Expertise in BOMs, work centers, routings, production orders, capacity planning, and MRP; familiarity with SAP MM, QM, PM, reporting tools, and Fiori apps.
Leadership & Communication: Strong project management skills, analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities along with the capacity to collaborate across teams and adapt to changing requirements.
Process Optimization & Training: Expertise in aligning production processes with SAP PP, evaluating workflows, and leading fit/gap analysis, user training, and UAT.
Language Skills: Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written.
