Develop programs for Division specific trainings
Support our digital learning transformation strategy
Account-, project- and stakeholder management
Creation and maintenance of the learning products
Support the country and regional managers on the process of implementation of learnings
Analyze, design and implement the best learning solutions for divisional target groups in line with the organizational goals and the GEA Academy standards and processes
Bachelor degree or equivalent with professional background in training (Business, Human Resource, Education, Psychology)
Several years of experience in relevant function (HR, Business Education/Development)
Familiarity with learning management platforms and practices
Agricultural touchpoints are an advantage
Excellent communication skills in dealing with international and interdisciplinary teams
Determination, a structured way of working and willingness to take responsibility
Experience in project management
Curiosity, open-minded, ability to learn and enthusiasm
Very good knowledge of English language. Additional language is a benefit.
