Timely delivery of quality learning activities using the approved learning activity plan, given tools and processes and by giving didactical learning development support to the stakeholders (e.g. Trainer / R&D / Sales / PM / SER / Marketing).
Together with the stakeholders analyze, design and develop and implement the best learning solutions for the appointed projects in line with the organizational goals and in line with GEA Academy standards and processes.
Design, conceptualization and implementation of digital learning formats (e.g. blended learning, web-based trainings, videos, etc.
Design and incorporate new digital formats into the training portfolio, e.g. VR, AR, AI, etc.
Minimum HBO/Bachelor degree (Business, Design, Education, HR or Psychology).
3 years + of practical professional experience in the conceptual design and implementation of digital formats.
Confident use of Articulate software required.
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud applications and other digital tools (e.g. Camtasia, etc.) desirable.
Analytical thinking, organizational strength, communication and presentation skills, personal responsibility, commitment and team spirit.
Very good knowledge of English. Additional language a benefit.
Determination, a structured way of working and willingness to take responsibility.

Digital Learning Developer - The typical base pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $65,000- $132,000 per year. GEA Group has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States and base pay will vary based on experience.
You may be eligible for additional rewards, such as discretionary bonus and/or equity awards. These awards are provided based on individual performance and are not guaranteed.
