We are looking for an experienced and motivated Payroll Specialist (f/m/d) to start as soon as possible.
Your tasks:
Independently handle the entire payroll process, considering applicable tax and social security regulations and collective bargaining agreements.
You will advise and support employees, managers, and internal interfaces on all payroll-related issues, including secondments.
Independently handle company pension plans.
You will be the contact person for health insurance companies and authorities and provide support in connection with company audits.
Support for global and local projects.
Year-end closing activities (e.g., checking remaining vacation entitlements, generating wage tax certificates and social security notifications, checking health insurance obligations, etc.)
• Ideally commercial vocational training, possibly with relevant additional training.
• Ideally experience in payroll, in a company subject to collective bargaining agreements.
• Ideally experience in both payroll and the additional use of SAP (PHC, THC, IHC)
• Affinity for numbers
• Systematic and independent working style
• Teamwork and service orientation
• Capability to work under pressure
• High willingness to travel during the first 6 months, due to the onboarding, which will take place in Büchen (couple of days onsite weekly)
• Fluent German and good English skills
