Your responsibilities and tasks:

  • A Mechanical Engineer capable to Design & Drafting, coordinate and monitor the assigned multiple tasks. Create and maintain libraries with standard components, work on standardization, create 3D drawings, work on platform like CREO, solid works, inventor etc

  • Will be responsible for preparing engineering drawings and specifications according to Company Procedures that will be as cost effective, functional, and reliable as is appropriate to the standards expected of the Company’s equipment.
  • Prepare the Sales Equipment Layout from Concept.
  • Assist Sales team for Initial Information required.
  • Contributes to team effort by completing all tasks as may be assigned by the supervisor
  • Prepare PFD's, P&ID's based on Process & Project engineering 
  • Responsible for Equipment Layout.
  • Review the General Arrangement Drawings from the vendors and implementation them in the Equipment Layout.
  • Prepare General Arrangement Drawings, Structural Fabrication Drawings, and Equipment Fabrication Drawings etc.
  • Prepare Isometric Drawings, Piping layouts & Bill of Materials.
  • Prepare As Built Drawings.
  • Prepare 3D Modeling of Equipment and generate General Arrangement Drawings.
  • Prepare Equipment Layout in 3D.
  • Responsible for detailed design of fabrication drawings for equipments
  • Responsible for detailed design of assembly drawings for equipments
  • Generate 3D drawings for individual fabrication & assembly parts
  • Generate design build pack in Microsoft excel
  • Maintain database for engineering design
  • Review of drawings and BOM
  • Co-ordinate with Project Engineers & Project Managers for smooth design.
  • Electrical & Instrumentation drawings as per the inputs from the Electrical Department.
  • To ensure that design information produced is adequately checked and approved in line with the company requirements.

Your profile and qualifications:

Qualifications

  • Engineering Graduate (Mechanical Engineering)

Experience:

  • Minimum 6-10 years similar field with relevant Experience
  • Desirable to have broad knowledge of Pharma processes/product lines – FBD/RMG
  • Ability to work across all departments to develop departmental improvements.

  • PTC Creo Parameteric
  • PTC windchill
  • Auto CAD Mechanical 2023
  • Autodesk Inventor
