An automation & controls + SOFTWARE engineer capable for Engineering, design, and handle multiple GEA projects with process development, software programming and commissioning activities of Pharma Plants

Your responsibilities and tasks:

  • Must have knowledge of Siemens PLC and HMI Softwares like Simatic manager, Wincc flexible, TIA portal V12/V13/V14/V15 etc. Can independently develop and test the machine PLC and HMI software. Expertise level should be more than 80%. Also should have knowledge of Allen Bradley PLC and HMI software programming.
  • Understand and review P&ID drawing
  • Control panel design including components list, loop drawing, cable schedule, tubing schedule etc. should have knowledge to understand and review it.
  • Develop and review Functional design specification
  • Control panel FAT at panel supplier independently.
  • Workshop coordination during machine assembly, and machine testing at workshop once machine is ready at workshop, also workshop coordination during dispatch of machine
  • On site commissioning of pharma machines and can independently perform machine Operational qualification in front of customer. Traveling should not be concern.
  • Prepare machine IO list, Instrument list, Device configuration list etc. documents
  • Resolve the technical issues if any
  • Preferably from Pharmaceutical Background.
  • Knowledge of Field Instruments & Controls for better understanding.
  • Should be able to make Software design specifications & Software Integration Test Plans.
  • Should have knowledge of iFlX/VBA/SQL/good MS OS Skills.
  • Should have hands on experience on Designing the Software from Scratch

Your profile and qualifications:

Qualifications

  • Engineering Graduate (Instrumentation & control/Electronics/ Electronics & Communication Engineering)

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as Automation and controls engineer
  • Siemens software programming knowledge with S71500 series is preferable

Combination of software and hardware design & understanding.
